a computer and software takes a great deal of
thought and study. If you are going to use the
computer to produce output (work), then you
should be able to define the types of output you
want before you even start looking for the
hardware (computer system). The second thing to
consider is the availability of the software
(programs) to produce the desired output. Unless
you are a programmer, you must rely on programs
that others have developed that will produce the
desired output. The third thing to consider is
how long will it take to learn to use the
hardware and software effectively and
efficiently in order to produce the desired
results.

request and without cost MacHelp Associates,
Inc. will review our services with prospective
clients. This review will be used to determine
our fee which will be stated in our
contract.

Contract
- The
contract will include all inclusions and
exclusions. Also included is the fee for our
services. Any additions or deletions during the
period of the contract will be negotiated in
writing agreeable to the parties
involved.

- Cost
of Services
- There
are two major factors that determine the fee for
MacHelp Associates, Inc.
services.
- 1.
The size, the type of service and the degree of
difficulty are used to determine the fee that
will be charged. While some services are
provided at a flat rate, others will be charged
on an hourly fee basis.

The time needed to provide the desired services
is greatly influenced by the various aspects of
those services.
